News Article | 13th October 2009 » Scimitars v Bees - Saturday 17th October, 7.30pm
The Scimitars clash with Bracknell Bees in Premier League action for the first time this season at iceSheffield on Saturday at 7.30pm.
These have always been competitive games over the last two seasons and despite a change of coach for both teams, little will have changed.
Ex-Telford Tigers Claude Dumas in particular, has had plenty of experience in facing the Scimitars and will be intent on taking some points away this weekend. The Scimitars will also be intent on a win and to do so they will first have to contain two main, but potent goal scorers for the Bees, in Pinc and Cesky.
Whilst the Bees have had a tough start to the season, they have also, like the Scimitars, had some close games against their opponents. The Scimitars will need to be alert and fired up from the first drop of the puck to the last.
The Scimitars will be on the road for 4 games after Saturday, before returning to iceSheffield for every Sunday in November.
Come and join us on Saturday - tickets available from iceSheffield reception in advance or on the night.
