A rare mid-week game as the Scimitars face Guildford Flames (7.30pm) for the first time this year.

With Guildford overtaking the Scimitars by one point after last weekend's games, the Scimitars will be targeting a win at home on Wednesday.

This promises to be a fast, end to end game as Guildford have some experienced forward lines with another highly tipped top of the league offensive pairing of (ex-Steeler) Martin Masa and Lucas Smital, alongside Tony Hand and Ed Courtenay. Our players will relish the challenge to combat these two plus Gary Clarke and Milos Melicherik, and put some pressure on the Guildford net. Mark Lee will also be returning to Sheffield but in Guildford colours this year.
