ENL National Cup Final Scimitars ENL v Invicta Dynamos 28th March 4.15pm
Great Value Ticket Offer £7 Adult & £1 Child - to watch both Sat. games.
The Copthorne Sheffield Scimitars end their regular English Premier League season with these two games at iceSheffield this weekend.
The Scimitars have qualified for the play-offs but whether their opponents will be Milton Keynes or Guildford will not be known until after the games this weekend.
The Play-off home and away games will be played next weekend, 4th and 5th April, and the fixtures will be advertised as soon as they are known.
The Scimitars will be welcoming back the GB U18s Gold Medal winners after their fantastic achievement in the World U18 Championships in Estonia with Robert Farmer back in the line-up after missing the last 3 games. Ben Bowns, Tom Squires, Andrew Hirst and Lewis Bell will also be icing for the ENL Scimitars in the afternoon.
On Saturday, fans have the great opportunity to support two Sheffield teams in consecutive games.
This season's League Champions, ENL Scimitars will be facing off against Invicta Dynamos at 4.15pm in the first leg of the National Cup Final. Both teams won all their games in the Northern and Southern Cup groups on the way to this Final, though with Sheffield having a much superior goal difference, so it should be good battle.
Fans wishing to watch both games can purchase great value special offer tickets only on the door prior to the Cup Final, with Adults at only £7.00 and Children (U16's) £1.00.
Scimitars Season Ticket holders have a specially discounted ticket for the Cup Final game.
Normal but still excellent value tickets will be available for those fans wishing to just watch the Scimitars EPL game v Guildford and can be purchased in the usual way, either online at www.sheffieldscimitars.co.uk by phone on 0800 138 8544 or at iceSheffield reception.
For the Scimitars at 7.30pm it will be the third meeting against Guildford Flames in a month and the last meet up in Sheffield was an exciting contest and win after the Scimitars had led 5-2 at one stage in the 3rd period but with a last few minutes fight back by Guildford.
Guildford took the honours 2 weeks ago against a depleted Sheffield team, with the Scimitars staging their own fight back in the third but could not close the deficit before the final buzzer.
On Sunday, the Scimitars take on Swindon Wildcats at 5.30pm, a team they beat in a close game recently. again whilst short-benched. Swindon equalised late forcing overtime but Ron Shudra scored the winning goal for the 2 points.
The end of season shirt auction will be ongoing during the weekend's games, concluding after Sunday's game at a live auction.
The ENL and EPL teams need your support this weekend against three teams from the South and with the chance for the ENL to claim some silverware on Sunday on the away leg.
