The Sheffield Scimitars travel to Bracknell to face the Bees in their fourth consecutive game on the road, before they return to iceSheffield to take on the League leaders, Peterborough Phantoms, in Premier League action Sunday 8th March at 5.30pm.

The Scimitars are targeting a big crowd for this important game in their first match back home at iceSheffield for two weeks.

The games against the Phantoms this season have been fast and exciting games, with some 40-odd goals scored in the five played, and certainly always unpredictable.

This Sunday will be no different as Peterborough are fighting all the way to the end of the season to win the League title. There are three teams in contention, all waiting for their rivals to slip up on the home straight.

This game is also very important to Sheffield in maintaining their play-off position in the League, so it will again be a battle for the 2 points on Sunday. Peterborough have the top offensive line-up of forwards in the League and are at full strength. They also have James Morgan, a player who winds up every opposition player and fan but who most would love to have on their team.

The Scimitars showed last weekend that they could have gained 4 points against two tough teams but suffered from more injuries or illness and have not been at full strength for several games. They now have the GB internationals back in the line-up, though missing Stuart Brittle who sustained a season-ending injury in China.
