The Scimitars gained the 4 points they aimed for when they faced ex-Scimitar Les Millie in his new role as coach of the Wightlink Raiders. In some heated clashes on the ice, the Scimitars were able to pick up another two wins in their protracted stint on the road. This weekend they have another two road trips, to Telford on Saturday in the 3rd Cup game between the teams, and on to Romford on the Sunday for League action.

Our next home game, only the 2nd of two in October, is on Saturday 27th October at 7.15pm against Peterborough Phantoms (plus new coach), and unfortunately is a direct clash with the Steelers' home game at the Arena.
