Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting for the Sheffield EPL team will take place on Tuesday 24th July 2007 at 19.30, to be held in the Glacier Suite at Ice Sheffield.

Any voting members and interested parties are welcome.

Any items that you wish to be added to the agenda or considered for discussion must be received in writing before close of business on the 17th July and sent to Ice Sheffield clearly marked EPL AGM, by recorded delivery, or by email to Lynnmillard40@hotmail.com.

No proxy votes will be allowed and votes will only be accepted by those present on the night.

At this AGM there will be the new formation and election of an EPL supporter's club committee. Any interested parties should indicate their interest and submit a C.V to: Lynnmillard40@hotmail.com or by recorded delivery to Ice Sheffield clearly marked Supporters Club committee before close of business on the 17th July.
