Saturday's game was in Bracknell and the Scimitars were hoping to round off the series with 3rd win on their ice. This was not to be as Bracknell maintained the pressure for 60 minutes despite both teams looking evenly matched for the first half of the game.

Bracknell took the lead just 37 seconds into the game as Kaminskas received a puck passed out from behind the net which he blasted home from the point. Ron Shudra created a good chance as he threaded the puck up the ice through all the opposition before having his shot on target saved. The Scimitars killed off the first penalty and play was end to end before Bracknell scored their second goal at 13.45 by Jasik.

Shortly after Zdenek Sikl and Watt decided to drop the gloves and sat out a 2+2 for roughing plus an extra 10 minutes for Sikl, and with no more scoring the period ended 2-0 to the home team.

This all changed at the start of the 2nd period after Ron Shudra blasted one of his rockets to stretch the net at 20.45, assisted Joakim Millqvist and Ben Morgan. The Scimitars doubled that to equalise approximately a minute later after Matt Haywood passed the puck out to Tom Squires right in front of the net and who made no mistake in putting it through Rockman at 21.23.

The Bees regained the lead at 31.25 as Duggan drove in along the boards before firing high into the net, though there was little to separate the teams otherwise. The Scimitars lost Simon Butterworth to an injury and he did not return to the game.

Peter Slamiar managed to restore parity after speeding up the ice and giving Rockman little chance on a great strike at 45.10 (assisted Duncombe & Millqvist). Bracknell were determined not to be beaten again on home ice and stepped up their game with another goal by Duggan to put them up 4-3 at 47.19. The Bees continued to dominate play and gained a 2 goal advantage at 53.55 with another strike. They extended this to 6-3 through a controversial goal at 55.48 which many thought had been kicked in. The final piece of action in the game came when Ryan Johnson and Adam Greener dropped the gloves 10 seconds from the end. Robert Farmer was given MOM for his usual hard working performance.
